My personal journey    

I have been a lover of fitness all of my life. I constantly striving to learn more about fitness and nutrition.

I started working out on my lunch breaks as a way to relieve the stress from my corporate job and one day in Step class I asked my instructor how to become a Group Exercise Instructor.
A year later became a certified Personal Trainer and few years later a certified group instructor and Pilates instructor. I have worked in health clubs, and on my own as a fitpreneur.  

I have been working with women for over 20 years helping them reach their goals. Helping them lose weight, feel better and get stronger.

I love helping my clients set fitness goals while I provide the guidance and the support they need to achieve the goals.

I am certified through AFAA, NASM and Barre Above.
